Background

1. Banja la Mtsogolo (BLM) is a locally registered non-government organization and partner of Maries Topes International. BLM provides sexual and reproductive health services through 26 clinics in urban centers and extensive outreach activities in rural communities.
2. BLM is inviting eligible audit firms to tender for the provision of external audit services for the organization for three (3) year tenure from 2019 to 2021. Eligible firms must meet the following criteria:
3. Must be duly registered and credited by relevant regulatory bodies.
4. Must provide reference of at least three clients to whom they are providing similar services.

Terms of reference for this assignment can be obtained from our website at www.banja.org.mw or picked physical from our support office at Banja House along Paul Kagame Road Area 4 Opposite CFAO Lilongwe.

3. Scope of the Audit

The successful audit firm shall be expected to fulfill the following:

1. Audit BLMs financial statements for a period of two years covering 2019 and 2021 as of 31^st December respectively.
2. Attend to other audit related matters as agreed by BLM management and the audit film during the performance of the annual statutory audits for the period under review.
3. Delivery of Bidding Documents

Interested audit firms should submit their technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked BLM TENDER FOR AUDIT SERVICES, INTERNAL PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE.

Tenders should be hand-delivered to the tender box at Banja House along Paul Kagame Highway, Lilongwe by 15:00 hrs on Friday 28th June 2019.

Bidders who hand cannot deliver their bids may use the following email address: ipc@banja.org.mw or mail courier service. Late submission will be rejected.

5. Opening of Bidding Documents

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person in the Board Room at Banja La Mtsogolo House, Along Paul Kagame Highway, Lilongwe at 10:30 am on Thursday 4^th July, 2019.
