- Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) is a regulator in the energy sector and was enacted by an Act of Parliament in 2005.
- MERA has funds in its current budget to pay for the Supply, Installation, Testing & Related Services for Management Information System – Phase 2
- MERA now invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders for the supply, installation , testing & related services for management information system – phase 2
- Complete bidding documents with technical specification in English language can be obtained from MERAs cash office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5, 000 cash or bank certified cheque.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering Procedures as contained in the Public Procurement Act 2003 and is open to all eligible bidders.
- Sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing & Related Services for Management Information System – Phase Two should be delivered at or before 14:00 hours on 10th July, 2019 to the address below:

- Envelopes will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 10th July, 2019
- Late bids shall be rejected.
