1. Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) is a regulator in the energy sector and was enacted by an Act of Parliament in 2005.
2. MERA has funds in its current budget to pay for the Supply, Installation, Testing & Related Services for Management Information System – Phase 2
3. MERA now invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders for the supply, installation , testing & related services for management information system – phase 2
4. Complete bidding documents with technical specification in English language can be obtained from MERAs cash office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5, 000 cash or bank certified cheque.
5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering Procedures as contained in the Public Procurement Act 2003 and is open to all eligible bidders.
6. Sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing & Related Services for Management Information System – Phase Two should be delivered at or before 14:00 hours on 10^th July, 2019 to the address below:

7. Envelopes will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 10^th July, 2019
8. Late bids shall be rejected.
