PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER : MERA02/05/2019/10

1. Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) is the regulator in the energy sector and was enacted by an act of parliament in 2004.
2. MERA has funds in its current budget to pay for the provision of bill boards advertising services.
3. MERA now invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders for the provision of Bill Board Advertising Services.
4. Complete Bidding Documents in English language can be obtained from MERAs cash office upon payment of non-refundable fee of MK5, 000 cash or bank certified cheque.
5. Bidders are free to bid for one bid or any combination of lots.
6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering procedures as contained in the Public Procurement Act 2003 and is open to all eligible bidders.
7. Sealed envelopes clearly marked tender for provision of bill board advertising services should be deposited in a tender box situated at MERA reception at or before 14h00 on 10th July, 2019 to the address below:

8. Envelopes will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 14hoo on 10th July, 2019. Late bids shall be rejected.
