Centre for Environmental Policy and Advocacy (CEPA) is a nongovernmental organization that promotes sustainable environment and natural resources management. The organization’s vision is a just and equitable society that promotes sustainable development. CEPA focuses on natural resources, biodiversity and climate change.
CEPA is seeking to engage the services of suitably qualified firms to submit proposals for External Audit services tenable at its Head Office in Blantyre, Malawi.
External Auditor
CEPA requires the services of an External Auditor to carry out the annual audit and issue audit reports of its financial statements for a period of 3 consecutive years. Therefore, suitably qualified audit firms are invited to
submit their financial proposal indicating:
Audit fees chargeable and any other expenses to be borne by CEPA in the course of audit exercise, Breakdown of estimated engagement days and time allocation for the engagement team
Technical proposals should include the following:
The relevant experience and expertise of the firm in conducting audits of not-for-profit business organizations; Experience in conducting expenditure verification on European Union funded projects;
Audit approach and methodology;
The firm’s references of relevant services carried out in the last 3 years;
Firms should identify prospective audit partner and manager for the assignment and detail their experience and qualifications;
