NOTIFICATION OF INTENTION TO AWARD CONTRACTS
The Government of Malawi ,Through Ministry of education (MoE) has secured funds from World Bank(The Bank) towards the implementation of quality with Equality and Learning at secondary school(EQUALS)Projects intends to supply part of the resources to meet the cost of acquisition of Motor Vehicle and Motor cycle tires and batteries r under framework Agreement for twelve months.
The Ministry of Educational now wishes to inform the general public and bidders that participated in the bid referral to above that it intends to award contracts, in line with the Banks “procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”(Procurement Regulations) dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017 and August 2018,for Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicle and Motor cycle tires and batteries as follows:
