Partners in Hope (PIH) is a Malawian NGO based in Lilongwe. In addition to operating a general clinic, inpatient ward and HIV/AIDS clinic, the program unit provides support to Ministry of Health and CHAM health facilities in eight districts from Chitipa to Nsanje.
Teams are working to meet the 95-95-95 targets for HIV testing, retention in care and viral load suppression through training, mentorship, supervision and health systems strengthening.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related designing concepts.
- Plans concept by studying information and materials.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials for designing.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
- Building and using computer-assisted software engineering tools to automate some coding
- Fixing bugs in existing codes
- Maintain documentation for coding per Partners in Hope standards.
- Provide testing, documentation, training, and support for third-party software products.
- Resolve user-submitted problems and questions.
- Minimum Advanced Diploma in Computer Science.
- Proficient in C++,Java, HTML and Python
- Proven graphic designing experience (A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics)
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as the Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
- At least 3 years work experience with computer programming and graphic designing in busy environment.
