The successful candidate should have very good understanding of all areas relating to Estate Management


The ideal Candidate should;

Have a Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution with at least 5 years of practical experience in a related field. However, those with a Master’s Degree in a related field will have an added advantage
Have demonstrated ability to understand the preparation and management of budgets and management Reports
Be matured, self – starter, committed to work, well-motivated individual and willing to work odd and long hours
Those with experience in tea industry will have an added advantage
